Sr. Software Engineer

• Develop, enhance, and maintain cloud-based applications using recent versions of ASP.NET Core and modern frontend technologies
• Lead the full lifecycle of new software projects, including design, implementation, and delivery
• Maintain and modernize existing internal applications
• Champion best practices in software development, including agile methodologies, thorough testing, and monitoring
• Utilize and improve CI/CD pipelines to support rapid development and deployment
• Foster a collaborative team environment by mentoring and guiding other developers
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues quickly and effectively
• Communicate technical concepts clearly with colleagues and stakeholders
• Document project work using internal management systems
• Demonstrate a commitment to continuous learning and improvement
• Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned

• 5+ years of hands-on development experience with C# and .NET
• Strong experience with ASP.NET (Core preferred) & JavaScript (React preferred)
• Solid understanding of relational database design and SQL
• Familiarity with Azure PaaS and IaaS offerings and/or Azure DevOps CI/CD strongly preferred
• Deep knowledge of modern code structures, patterns, and best practices
• Proven experience working in agile environments and cross-functional teams
• Proficiency with source control systems such as Git or TFS VC
