Job Description:

This role is for a Zoho Sr Developer / Technical Architect. The role involves the Design, planning, development, integration, and customization of Zoho applications.

Job Responsibility:

  • Expert in understand, design & supporting the Zoho ecosystem architecture, ensuring alignment with enterprise systems and data governance policies
  • Lead integrations between Zoho applications and external systems using REST APIs, webhooks, and middleware platforms
  • Collaborate with business leaders to translate complex business requirements into technical designs and actionable system blueprints
  • Develop and review Deluge scripts, custom widgets, and advanced automation frameworks to enhance productivity and data flow
  • Guide and mentor developers in the implementation of best practices and performance optimization across the Zoho environment
  • Oversee data management, analytics, and dashboard design to provide real-time insights for decision-making
  • Ensure compliance, security, and scalability of all Zoho applications, integrations, and workflows

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5-8 years of professional experience with the Zoho One suite, including hands-on work in Zoho CRM, Creator, Flow, Books, Desk, and Analytics
  • Proven experience in solution architecture, system design, and enterprise integration within Zoho environments
  • Strong expertise in Deluge scripting, API-based integrations, and custom application development using Zoho Creator
  • Familiarity with web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Node.js for custom widget development
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving & leadership skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and business teams
  • Experience managing multiple concurrent projects in a dynamic environment
