We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer – Contact Centre Innova to design, develop, and maintain solutions for contact center platforms. The ideal candidate will work on enhancing customer communication systems, integrating contact center technologies, and improving overall service efficiency.
Job Responsibility:
Design, develop, and maintain contact center applications and integrations
Work with Contact Centre Innova platform to support customer service operations
Integrate contact center solutions with CRM systems, APIs, and enterprise applications
Troubleshoot and resolve application and system issues
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and reliable solutions
Optimize system performance and ensure high availability
Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment activities
Maintain technical documentation and support ongoing enhancements
Requirements:
Strong experience in contact center technologies and application development
Experience working with Contact Centre Innova or similar platforms
Proficiency in software development languages such as Java, .NET, or similar
Knowledge of APIs, integrations, and microservices architecture
Experience with cloud platforms and enterprise application environments
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Nice to have:
Experience with CRM systems and customer engagement platforms
Familiarity with DevOps tools and CI/CD pipelines
Experience in enterprise contact center environments
