Job Description

We are looking for a Sr Associate of Low-Code Development to join our team in Cincinnati, Ohio. In this long-term contract position, you will play a pivotal role in designing and implementing low-code solutions to enhance workflow efficiency. You will collaborate across departments to ensure software compliance, drive adoption, and deliver cutting-edge tools to support business objectives.

Job Responsibility

  • Design and implement low-code solutions to streamline and automate workflows
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and optimize system performance for better efficiency
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional applications
  • Manage the roadmap for technology tools, from initiation through decommissioning
  • Create user guides, deliver training sessions, and ensure smooth integration of third-party platforms
  • Establish software standards and compliance protocols, working closely with Legal, Compliance, and Technology teams
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks, and provide regular updates to stakeholders
  • Research and evaluate emerging tools to maintain a competitive and innovative tech stack
  • Adapt project management approaches, such as agile or waterfall, to enhance collaboration and continuous improvement

  • Proven experience in designing and deploying low-code solutions
