Job Description:

This is a 'strategic architect' role designed for a professional who thrives at the intersection of MarTech, data logic, and marketplace dynamics. This is not a data-entry position; it is an ownership-first role requiring a highly analytical, process-driven, and systems-oriented mindset.

Job Responsibility:

  • PIM Implementation & Management: Lead the transition from homegrown back-office tools to a third-party PIM platform
  • Catalog Expansion: Drive the pace of product publishing, aiming to reduce new catalog lead times
  • Strategic Merchandising: Analyze category and product performance data to make recommendations on 'shelf space' and product placement
  • Workflow Optimization: Partner with our offshore teams in India to manage high-volume content updates
  • B2B Marketplace UX: Optimize site search, navigation, and filtering logic
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Marketing, Product, and Supply partners

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years in Site Merchandising, specifically within a B2B Marketplace or high-SKU eCommerce environment
  • Proven experience working with a Product Information Management (PIM) platform (Salsify, Akeneo, Plytix, or similar) is highly preferred
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn raw product data into strategic merchandising decisions
  • Understanding of multi-vendor environments where price comparison and search accuracy are the primary drivers of customer value
  • Experience navigating system migrations or digital transformations
  • Ability to work effectively with remote/offshore teams and articulate recommendations to leadership
What we offer:

medical, prescription, dental, vision, AD&D, and life insurance offerings, short-term disability, and a 401K plan
