Job Responsibility:
PIM Implementation & Management: Lead the transition from homegrown back-office tools to a third-party PIM platform
Catalog Expansion: Drive the pace of product publishing, aiming to reduce new catalog lead times
Strategic Merchandising: Analyze category and product performance data to make recommendations on 'shelf space' and product placement
Workflow Optimization: Partner with our offshore teams in India to manage high-volume content updates
B2B Marketplace UX: Optimize site search, navigation, and filtering logic
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Marketing, Product, and Supply partners
Requirements:
3-5 years in Site Merchandising, specifically within a B2B Marketplace or high-SKU eCommerce environment
Proven experience working with a Product Information Management (PIM) platform (Salsify, Akeneo, Plytix, or similar) is highly preferred
Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn raw product data into strategic merchandising decisions
Understanding of multi-vendor environments where price comparison and search accuracy are the primary drivers of customer value
Experience navigating system migrations or digital transformations
Ability to work effectively with remote/offshore teams and articulate recommendations to leadership
