Job Description:

Power Platform Responsibilities: Design, develop, and deploy Power Platform solutions to automate business processes and improve end-user productivity. Convert existing PDF forms into Microsoft Forms, including redesign, development, and testing. Integrate Microsoft Forms with new and existing Power Automate Flows. Design, build, and test Power Automate workflows to eliminate manual processes and increase operational efficiency. Incorporate approval routing, Outlook email integration, and SharePoint list connectivity within Power Automate solutions. Ensure automation solutions follow best practices for security, scalability, and governance. SharePoint Online Responsibilities: Plan, design, and implement a SharePoint Online intranet, including development of a HUB site aligned with organizational objectives. Migrate content (PDF documents, Microsoft Forms, etc.) from Drupal (v10.6.2 or higher) to SharePoint Online. Administer and maintain SharePoint Online environments, including: Site collection and site creation, Library and list management, Workflow configuration, Day-to-day operational support. Review and enhance SharePoint permissions, security groups, and governance frameworks to align with best practices. Additional Responsibilities: Respond to helpdesk tickets and resolve end-user issues related to SharePoint Online and Power Platform solutions. Implement and maintain best practices for data integrity, governance, and security compliance. Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver scalable technical solutions. Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and guidance to junior developers and team members. Deliver user training sessions, documentation, and solution best practices. Support enterprise content governance and compliance initiatives.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience developing and supporting Power Platform applications (Power Automate, Power BI)
  • 5+ years of experience designing and implementing Power Automate workflows for process automation
  • 5+ years of senior-level experience in SharePoint development and administration, including intranet design
  • 5+ years of experience managing an enterprise Microsoft 365 SharePoint Online environment
  • Strong understanding of custom workflows, lists, automation, and data integration
  • Experience with HTML/CSS and SharePoint design tools
  • Proven ability to gather requirements and communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • 4+ years of experience supporting enterprise users and implementing content governance best practices

Nice to have:

  • Microsoft certifications in SharePoint Online and/or Power Platform
  • Experience working in regulated or compliance-driven environments
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
