Job Responsibility:
Deliver outstanding remote technical support to end users, addressing hardware, software, and connectivity issues promptly
Maintain clear and attentive communication while assisting executives and other users with technical challenges

Collaborate with team members to identify and implement solutions for recurring technical issues
Provide guidance and training to users on system functionalities and best practices
Monitor and respond to service desk tickets within established timelines, ensuring efficient resolution
Stay updated on current technologies to better support end users and improve service delivery

Utilize remote access tools effectively to troubleshoot and resolve issues

Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a service desk or help desk role
Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with executives and end users

Proficiency in utilizing remote access tools to provide technical support
