Sr. Server Engineer — VMWare VCF

• Conduct initial assessment of Server Infrastructure and VMware environments to identify configuration gaps, performance issues, and opportunities for improvement
• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including topology diagrams, configuration guides, all connectivity areas and operational procedures
• Ensure all documentation aligns with compliance and operational standards – including password security
• Organize and deliver cross-training workshops and knowledge transfer sessions for team members on key areas as directed
• Create training materials and facilitate sessions
• Provide Tier 3 support for server-related incidents and escalations
• Work closely with network, engineering, and application teams to ensure seamless operations
• Participate in capacity planning and disaster recovery exercises

• 5+ years of experience in server engineering or systems administration
• VRealize Automation and VRealize Operations implementation and support
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills
• Experience with enterprise documentation tools and training delivery
• Experience with automation tools (e.g., PowerShell, Ansible)
• Bachelor's Degree
