Requirements:

  • To prepare, execute and monitor Environmental and safety plant operation procedures, programs, policy and guidelines
  • To ensure smooth operation of ZLD Effluent Treatment Plant (ETP) & captive incinerator
  • To ensure legal compliances related to Environmental & safety Law are followed
  • To conduct risk assessment & aspect and impact assessment for all operational activities
  • To ensure smooth operation and processes in each shift
  • To assist management for government inspection, regulatory and non-regulatory audits, assessment
  • To ensure and make follow state pollution control board norms as per consent
  • To provide trainings, drills, awareness programs to employees at all level within the organization
  • To ensure preparedness and readiness of fire protection system such as fire hydrant pump, sprinkler system, portable fire extinguishers
  • To ensure hazardous waste management procedure to be followed as per regulatory requirements
  • To serve as primary contact with all for all regulatory agencies or for visit of government officials for inspections, to obtain permit etc. (air, water, waste management)
  • To ensure regulatory reporting i.e. data collection regarding environmental & safety aspects as per compliance and its activities to government agencies as and when required
  • To ensure the company meets all its legislative compliance as per regulatory & statutory requirements in line with Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), International Organization for Standardization (ISO) etc.
  • To measure and monitor environmental parameters such as noise, illumination, air quality across the plant and maintain the same as per statutory guidelines
  • To plan environment & safety crisis management training for all the personnel and execute the same
  • ISO Management system 14001, 45001, 50001, 22001
