Job Description:

The Sr. Scrum Master for AI Products and Platforms position offers a unique opportunity within the AI & Data Science organization. You’ll work on next-generation capabilities and services in AI products and platforms using cutting-edge software, frameworks, tools, and cloud computing services. As a Sr. Scrum Master for AI Products and Platforms, you will enable high-performing, cross-functional teams to deliver enterprise AI solutions with speed, quality, and predictability by driving disciplined Agile execution across the full product lifecycle. You will facilitate the core Scrum ceremonies and a healthy operating cadence, remove impediments, manage dependencies across product, platform, and data teams, and use delivery metrics to continuously improve flow from discovery through launch. You will coach Product Owners, engineers, and stakeholders on Agile best practices, help translate strategy into actionable backlogs, and ensure clear priorities, crisp definition of done, and consistent delivery of customer value. You will collaborate closely with Product Management, Engineering, and Go To Market teams to coordinate releases, manage change, and accelerate adoption of AI products and platform capabilities.

Job Responsibility:

  • Lead and facilitate agile events including stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, retrospectives, demos and backlog refinement meetings to promote team collaboration
  • Guide and Coach product teams in understanding and applying Agile frameworks principles and practices
  • Work with Product Owners to refine and prioritize the backlog ensuring the team delivers high-value outcomes aligned with business objectives
  • Resolve conflicts and remove impediments hindering team’s progress. Escalate risks and cross-Team dependency to ensure that they are addressed in a timely manner
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the Teams by leading retrospectives, encouraging innovation, promoting Agile engineering practices and DevOps culture
  • Monitor and report on the progress of the Team ensuring transparency and alignment with Sprint goals and Team objectives
  • Help the scrum teams achieve delivery acceleration focused on business outcomes by reaching higher levels of scrum maturity
  • Support scaling Agile by engaging in cross-team ceremonies and Program Increment (PI) planning to align team activities with Agile Release Train (ART) objectives

Requirements:

  • Master’s degree in computer science or engineering field and 1 to 3 years of relevant experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or engineering field and 3 to 5 years of relevant experience
  • Diploma and Minimum of 8+ years of relevant work experience
  • Certified Scrum Master or SAFe Scrum Master or similar (mandatory)
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies particularly the Scrum and Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe)
  • Prior experience with Agile project management tools, such as Jira and Confluence
  • Experience in guiding teams through Agile events and ensuring adherence to agreed practices and behaviors
  • Adept at refinement, story splitting, estimation, velocity, retrospection and other Scrum Techniques
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a passion for tackling complex challenges with data
  • Collaborative spirit and effective communication skills to work seamlessly in a cross-functional team
  • Good understanding of Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)

Good understanding of DevOps and Test Automation Processes in software delivery
