Job Description:

Our client is seeking a Salesforce Developer to build and enhance Salesforce solutions that support client engagement workflows, and internal operational systems. This role is critical to ensuring data integrity, scalability, and seamless integration across our technology ecosystem. The ideal candidate is passionate about clean data, automation, and building reliable systems that enable trusted, human-verified data at scale.

Job Responsibility:

  • Design, develop, and maintain Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and Salesforce Flows
  • Build scalable data models that support first-party data collection, validation, enrichment, and reporting
  • Implement automation to streamline data ingestion, processing, and client delivery workflows
  • Integrate Salesforce with internal platforms and third-party systems using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware
  • Ensure data quality, accuracy, and transparency across Salesforce objects and processes
  • Collaborate with product, data, and operations teams to translate business and platform requirements into technical solutions
  • Develop dashboards and reports that provide actionable insights into data performance, client usage, and operational metrics
  • Maintain security, access controls, and compliance with data governance and privacy standards
  • Perform code reviews, testing, and deployments following Salesforce best practices
  • Monitor and optimize system performance as data volumes scale

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent practical experience
  • 7+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience
  • Strong proficiency in Apex, SOQL, SOSL, and Lightning Web Components
  • Experience with Salesforce data modeling, automation tools (Flows, Validation Rules), and security architecture
  • Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems and data platforms
  • Solid understanding of data quality, data lifecycle management, and system scalability
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies

Nice to have:

  • Salesforce Platform Developer I or II certification
  • Experience supporting data-driven, SaaS, or analytics platforms
  • Knowledge of DevOps tools such as Salesforce DX, Git, Copado, or Gearset
  • Experience working with high-volume data environments
  • Familiarity with privacy, consent management, or data compliance concepts (e.g., GDPR,CCPA)
  • Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and data accuracy
