We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Developer with a minimum of 6 years’ hands-on Salesforce development experience to support enhancements across our Salesforce environment, currently leveraging Sales Cloud and Marketing Cloud. The successful candidate will be responsible for integrating actuals data from the enterprise data warehouse into Salesforce, enabling Account Managers to access accurate performance data, and building custom Salesforce reports and dashboards to support account planning, sales performance tracking, and data-driven decision-making.
Job Responsibility
Develop, configure, and enhance Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud and related Salesforce capabilities
Support the integration of actuals data from the company’s data warehouse into Salesforce
Work with business stakeholders, particularly Account Managers, to understand reporting needs and translate them into Salesforce reporting solutions
Build and maintain custom Salesforce reports and dashboards for Account Managers
Ensure data from the warehouse is accurately mapped, transformed, and available within Salesforce for reporting and account management use cases
Create custom objects, fields, validation rules, flows, Apex classes, triggers, and Lightning components where required
Support data quality, data governance, and reconciliation between Salesforce and source systems
Collaborate with data, analytics, marketing, and sales teams to ensure Salesforce supports commercial reporting requirements
Assist in troubleshooting integration, reporting, and data visibility issues
Document technical designs, configuration changes, data mappings, and reporting logic
Ensure Salesforce development follows best practices around scalability, security, performance, and maintainability
Requirements
Minimum 6 years’ Salesforce development experience
Strong hands-on experience with Sales Cloud
Experience working with Marketing Cloud or Salesforce environments integrated with Marketing Cloud
Proven experience building Salesforce reports and dashboards for sales or account management teams
Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems, ideally including a data warehouse, ETL platform, middleware, or API-based integration
Strong understanding of Salesforce data models, security model, sharing rules, profiles, permission sets, and role hierarchy
Experience with Salesforce declarative tools such as Flow, Process Builder, validation rules, custom objects, and custom fields
Strong Apex, SOQL, SOSL, and Lightning Web Components experience
Experience with data migration, data mapping, and data validation
Ability to gather requirements from business users and translate them into technical Salesforce solutions

Salesforce Platform Developer I certification
Salesforce Administrator or Sales Cloud Consultant certification
Experience with BI, analytics, or reporting platforms connected to Salesforce
Familiarity with data warehouse environments such as Snowflake, Azure Synapse, AWS Redshift, Google BigQuery, or similar
Experience with integration tools such as MuleSoft, Informatica, Boomi, Talend, or custom API integrations
Understanding of sales performance metrics, account management processes, revenue actuals, pipeline, forecasts, and targets
