Our client is seeking 2 Senior Salesforce Business Analysts to support critical enterprise Salesforce initiatives. This role partners closely with business stakeholders, project managers, Salesforce administrators, architects, and development teams to analyze business needs, improve operational processes, and deliver scalable Salesforce solutions. The ideal candidate is a proactive and highly organized professional with strong analytical, communication, and facilitation skills who can effectively bridge business and technical teams in a fast-paced Agile environment.
Job Responsibility
Works with most phases of systems analysis while considering the business and technical implications of the application of technology to current and future business environments
Create process change through the integration of new processes with existing ones and communication of changes to business users
Formulate and define systems scope and objectives
Develop and modify moderately complex information
Facilitate the delivery of technical business solutions
Analyze business and user needs, document requirements
Supporting the transition of vendor-developed solutions to the internal development team, coordinating knowledge transfer activities, maintaining project documentation, tracking deliverables, and helping ensure business requirements are understood and carried forward throughout the transition process
Partnering with business stakeholders and internal IT teams to support project delivery, facilitating communication, documenting decisions, monitoring progress, and helping ensure delivered solutions meet business requirements and expectations
Onboarding new business customers, guiding them through implementation activities, gathering requirements, coordinating with technical teams, and helping establish a successful foundation for long-term engagement
Maintaining project documentation, status tracking, and operational records, ensuring stakeholders have clear visibility into project progress, dependencies, risks, and outstanding action items
