Job Description:

We are looking for a Senior Sales Operations Analyst who will be responsible for driving the sales strategy, planning & analysis, while also removing blockers for the Japan sales team to accelerate the growth for our merchants. Additionally you will be regularly interfacing with Global & Regional teams while managing sales projects related for Japan and driving internal cross-functional planning. The role faces a wide range of opportunities and challenges, with ambitious goals for the coming years. Unlocking and addressing these will require strategic thinking, operational excellence and organizational agility.

Job Responsibility:

  • Driving the sales strategy, planning & analysis
  • Removing blockers for the Japan sales team to accelerate the growth for our merchants
  • Deep diving into complex processes and challenges at a country or segment-specific levels
  • Leading cross-functional initiatives
  • Running deep dive analysis to uncover root causes of issues
  • Forecasting, Target Setting & Performance Tracking

Requirements:

  • Must have at least high business level English & Japanese Fluency (verbal/ written)
  • 3+ years professional experience in consulting / business intelligence / sales operations or experience related to implementing sales project
  • Must be familiar with sales operations / rev operations programs of work
  • Proven experience in delivered programs of work across complex stakeholders or highly matrixed organisations
  • Ability to take initiative in a constantly-changing work environment and execute quickly
  • Basic understanding of CRM (e,gSalesforce) (objects types, field types, record types, dashboard/report types)
  • Highly advanced analytics skills- dealing with complex data sets using excel/google sheets (SQL a big plus).

Nice to have:

  • Experience in building out account management teams, or/and L&D within a transactional sales organization
  • Set up and maintain BI tools, infrastructure, and integration with company data sources
