We’re looking for a highly motivated Sr. Sales Executive (International) to join our dynamic sales team. The best part? No prior experience or internships are required. Job Responsibility

  • Engage with international clients (USA, Europe, Middle East) through professional and persuasive English communication
  • Understand client needs and effectively present relevant service solutions
  • Conduct industry and competitor research to understand global market trends
  • Identify potential opportunities aligned with our services and target industries
  • Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with international clients and key stakeholders
  • Provide consistent follow-up and support to move prospects through the sales funnel
  • Share market insights and client feedback to support strategic decision-making
  • Track communications, meetings, and deal progress using CRM tools or internal systems
  • Provide weekly updates on sales activities and pipeline progress to management
  • Continuously grow knowledge in international sales techniques, cultural communication, and industry-specific insights
  • Participate in training sessions and stay updated on global business practices

Requirements

  • Clear, confident, and fluent communicator in English — both written and spoken
  • Foundational knowledge in either business or computer science/technology
  • Genuine interest in building a career in global sales
  • Ability to build relationships, listen actively, and communicate persuasively
  • Proactive, coachable, and constantly willing to improve and adapt
  • Open to working night shifts (North American Time) as part of regular schedule
  • Open to accept the fixed and variable compensation package
  • General knowledge of IT services and marketplaces
  • Final semester students or even dropouts with the right mindset are highly encouraged to apply
  • Should understand basic business models, sales concepts, or tech industry dynamics
  • Ability to connect with people, present ideas clearly, and build trust with international clients
  • Open to feedback, fast learner, and able to work in a fast-paced international sales environment
  • Ability to manage outreach tasks, follow-ups, and client communications efficiently
  • Take initiative, stay motivated, and don’t wait for someone to push you
  • Comfortable working with people from different countries, understanding business etiquette across regions
