Sandisk, a global leader in flash memory and storage solutions, is seeking a Sr. Sales Enablement & Communications Lead to drive impactful communications and enablement programs for our consumer-facing customers. In this role, you will be responsible for equipping our consumer sales teams and retail/channel partners with the tools, training, and content they need to successfully represent Sandisk in a highly competitive marketplace. The ideal candidate is equally comfortable working with highly technical product information and crafting clear, impactful communications for diverse audiences—from internal sales teams to senior executives at global customers.
Job Responsibility:
Develop and deliver training programs, playbooks, and onboarding resources to strengthen the capabilities of consumer sales teams across retail, e-commerce, and distribution channels
Partner with Sales Leadership to identify gaps and design targeted enablement initiatives that enhance field readiness and execution
Establish and maintain a centralized repository for sales collateral, training materials, and resources, ensuring timely access for a global salesforce
Create high-quality presentations, executive talking points, and sales materials to support strategic customer meetings with retailers and channel partners
Develop clear and consistent internal communications that keep global sales teams aligned on product launches, sales campaigns, and business priorities
Collaborate with Product Marketing and Category Management teams to translate product updates into actionable and impactful sales messaging
Develop and deliver high-quality external content, including product training materials, launch kits, and sales collateral, to support retail, e-commerce, and distribution partners
Create customer education resources that clearly articulate product benefits and drive adoption, engagement, and sell-through
Ensure all external-facing communications are accurate, brand-aligned, and tailored to the needs of global consumer partners
Provide strategic support for key customer engagements by developing tailored content that reinforces Sandisk’s value proposition and market leadership
Requirements:
7+ years of experience in sales enablement, sales communications, or related roles within consumer electronics, retail, or technology industries
Strong ability to distill complex technical product information into clear, customer-focused messaging
Demonstrated expertise in developing professional, executive-level presentations and collateral (PowerPoint, Keynote, Canva, Adobe, or equivalent tools)
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail
Experience working collaboratively across Sales, Marketing, and Product/Engineering functions in a global organization
Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment
