Job Description:

Job Responsibility:

  • Responsible for sustaining and continuously improving various mechanical components for equipment and tools
  • Ensures the safe, effective operations of the organization's production and supports continuous improvement
  • Manages reliability engineering projects
  • Performs analytical verification
  • Evaluates, tests and tracks results of reliability interventions
  • Initiates reporting for internal or third-party reported incidents
  • Creates, documents and follows up on corrective actions
  • Prepares routine reports and memos and coordinate communications across all necessary functional groups of the organization

Requirements:

  • 4 year / Bachelor's Degree

  • Utilize reliability tools such as failure calculations, failure evaluations, cost analysis, and risk analysis to evaluate and prioritize reliability issues
  • Participates in audits to measure the effectiveness of reliability related activities such as equipment repairs, parts quality, and the failure investigation process
  • Conducts life cycle cost analysis on new and critical equipment

  • Develop and maintain automation (e.g., Python, PowerShell, Bash, Ansible, Terraform, Workato, Zapier) to standardize configurations and streamline workflows for endpoints, network, identity, and access management
  • Partner with infrastructure and security teams to ensure network, endpoint, identity, and SaaS integrations follow best practices in Azure, AWS, and/or GCP, supporting secure and scalable hybrid environments
