Job Description

Peak Nano Films is formalizing its Revenue Operations function and is hiring a Senior Revenue Operations Analyst to own the day-to-day operational backbone of the function. The role owns Films order execution, contract administration across Peak's multi-revenue-stream portfolio (Optics, Films-as-a-Service, Optics-as-a-Service), RFQ flow, and SOW administration. The successful candidate inherits an immediate book of work across Peak's Optics-as-a-Service, Films-as-a-Service, and Film Product Lines. The candidate will take over administration of these within their first 30 days. Federal contracting experience is required, including FAR/DFARS compliance and R&D grant program administration. This role administrates Peak's federal contracts independently, not under day-to-day supervision. The role partners directly with the Director of Revenue Operations and has clear growth headroom into broader commercial operations ownership as the function matures.
