Job Description

We are looking for an analytically-minded Sr. Revenue Analyst to join our RevOps team and serve as the analytical engine behind DMS's revenue strategy. Reporting directly to the Head of Revenue Operations, you will own the data that drives how our revenue teams understand performance, validate assumptions, and make decisions across our P&C, U65, O65, and EDU business units. This is not a dashboard maintenance role. You will be a thought partner to revenue leadership; proactively surfacing insights, pressure-testing go-to-market assumptions with real data, and ensuring that when the business moves up, down, or flat, we know exactly why.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in revenue analytics, sales operations, business intelligence, or a related analytical role
  • Strong proficiency in SQL
  • Experience building dashboards and reports in Looker, Tableau, or similar BI tools
  • Experience translating complex data into clear, actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong cross-functional relationships
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms, particularly Salesforce
  • Strong financial literacy
  • Highly self-directed with the ability to manage multiple analytical workstreams simultaneously
  • Experience in performance marketing, adtech, insurance, or other high-volume, transaction-based industries is a plus
