Job Description:

The mission of the Sr. Retail Buyer is to create the best-in-market, on-trend assortment for our Retail stores that achieve Sales and Margin Targets and help develop the buying methodology for current retail fleet and future expansion needs.

Job Responsibility:

  • Maintain a strong understanding of current trends in the proper demographic and seasonality across current and coming retail locations
  • Drive and analyze daily/weekly sales, bestsellers, present findings and suggest actions
  • Propose ranges in line with company focuses, seasonality and SKU count needs
  • Comprehensively analyze current and historical sales data in order to select the best possible ranges across all retail locations
  • Work collaboratively with the Retail Merchandise Assistant, Planning team, Visual team, and Retail stores to ensure proper, on time execution
  • Visit stores regularly to get to know styles in real life, understand execution successes and challenges and get feedback from store teams and direct from customers

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 5+ years of Buying experience
  • Strong work ethic and attention to detail
  • Team player and ability to work collaboratively
  • Flexible and adaptable with the ability to adjust quickly to changing priorities and conditions
  • A passion for fashion
