As a critical part of the team, this role gives you an opportunity to collaborate, drive strategic programs, and help shape the operational hygiene of the Research function. A successful Research Program Manager will be organized, with proven project management experience, shifting seamlessly between helping to drive larger org priorities and smaller daily tasks. This person should be a team-player and eager to work in a fast-paced, high-expectations environment.

Job Responsibility:

  • Collaborate with Meta Technologies stakeholders for budget tracking, coordinating with survey reviewers and delegates, tracking research projects across teams, supporting the creation of an internal archive
  • Develop tools and programs, prioritization, and project management
  • Plan, direct, or coordinate activities related to Meta Technologies Research
  • Coordinate projects, making detailed plans to accomplish goals and directing the integration of technical activities
  • Analyze technology, resource needs and market demand, to plan and assess the feasibility of projects
  • Confer with management to discuss project specifications and procedures

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience with project management, research, or operations or equivalent experience
  • Experience working effectively with all levels of management, including influencing stakeholders with conflicting priorities
  • Strong communication skills
  • Proven experience managing multiple tasks under timelines and shifting priorities
  • Project management and communications (long- and short-form) experience
  • Experience cultivating internal relationships
  • Track record of operating independently, demonstrating creativity, being detail-oriented, and delivering results in a highly organized and structured manner
