Job Description

Maintains the organization's ongoing relationships with regulatory commissions/authorities related pipeline. Coordinates and conducts the assessment of internal controls to ensure compliance as required by regulatory commissions/authorities. Develops programs and processes to manage regulatory compliance and develops process improvements to avoid future compliance issues. Advances organization positions with internal and external parties. Conducts internal audits of regulatory compliance and provides training to internal stakeholders.

  • Conducts annual review of all compliance manuals, including O & M Manual, Safety Manual, Emergency Response -Manual, Facility Response Manual, and OQ Training documents ensuring Delek maintains compliance and proper documentation
  • Conducts onsite internal compliance audits in assigned area of responsibility, as well as help with audits in other areas as necessary
