You will take full ownership of the commercial performance of Moderna’s vaccine portfolio across your assigned regions in Germany. This role is significantly broader than a traditional regional sales management position. You will operate as a regional business owner, combining strategic territory leadership with hands-on field execution. In this role, you will lead and steer a dedicated field force, translate national strategy into regional execution, and continuously evolve how Moderna engages with physicians, vaccination centers, and pharmacies. You will define regional priorities, drive performance, and position your region as a frontrunner for modern, digital-first and scalable commercial engagement models. This is a field-based role with home-office flexibility and requires extensive travel within the region, with occasional national travel.
