The EMEA Talent Acquisition team supporting Uber Eats and Grocery & Retail is seeking a Sr Recruiter in Paris to supercharge hiring for our continued growth and launch of new products. This role reports to the Head of Recruiting for Delivery in EMEA. Our teams on the ground are #TripObsessed to deliver the best experience to our merchant partners, couriers, and customers. Our Commercial teams work with a #GoGetIt mentality to make France one of the biggest Uber Delivery markets globally. As a Sr Recruiter, you will partner closely with the GMs and senior leadership to drive this growth with top talent.
Job Responsibility:
Architect the Full Lifecycle: Own the end-to-end recruiting engine—from surfacing deep market intelligence to closing high-impact hires
Precision Sourcing: Design and execute sophisticated sourcing strategies that don't just find talent, but build a sustainable, diverse pipeline for Uber’s evolving roadmap
Strategic Partnership: Act as a talent consultant to hiring managers. You’ll align expectations, sharpen interview rigor, and ensure every hire raises the bar for the organisation
Ecosystem Innovation: Collaborate across the global Uber TA landscape to pilot new processes, share knowledge, and scale what works
Brand Ambassadorship: Think beyond LinkedIn. You’ll find creative ways to engage talent internally, through university partnerships, referrals and more
Trip Obsessed: You’ll provide a seamless, transparent, and high-touch experience that leaves every candidate - hired or not - as a brand advocate
Data-Driven Influence: Numbers are your narrative. You’ll leverage insights and real-time dashboards to tell the story of your pipeline and influence leadership decisions with data. You'll then advise on forecasting headcount planning to meet our business goals
Requirements:
8+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with a proven ability to deliver high-quality talent in high-velocity, fast-paced environments
Fluent French and English speaking
AI & Digital Fluency: Expertise in leveraging AI tools (Gemini, NotebookLM, Glean) to automate workflows, uncover passive talent, sharpen communication and improve the quality of hiring
A track record of acting as a talent consultant to business leaders, using your influence to sharpen decision-making and raise the bar for every hire
Ability to translate ATS insights and market data into actionable strategies that optimise the recruiting pipeline
Exceptional prioritisation skills - you're able to know where to spend your time to be more effective by balancing urgency and importance
Nice to have:
A background in agency recruiting is a significant plus, bringing a results-oriented "headhunter" mentality to our internal talent efforts
Experience recruiting within the high-growth tech, mobility, or marketplace sectors, giving you an immediate "insider" understanding of our unique challenges and competitive landscape
