Job Description:

The Senior Recruiter will partner closely with hiring managers to deliver end‑to‑end recruiting support across corporate functions. This role is responsible for developing and executing effective recruiting strategies, managing the full candidate lifecycle, and ensuring a high‑quality candidate experience that strengthens the employer brand.

Job Responsibility:

  • Manage the full life cycle recruiting process, from intake through offer acceptance
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to hiring managers by coaching them on recruiting best practices and selection strategies
  • Collaborate with hiring teams to create clear, compelling job postings
  • Develop and execute sourcing and marketing strategies to attract diverse, qualified talent
  • Screen applicants, conduct initial phone interviews, and present top candidates to hiring managers
  • Partner with HR and hiring managers during the offer process, including recommendations for compensation, incentives, and start dates
  • Extend offers and lead candidate negotiations as needed
  • Coordinate candidate onboarding needs, including relocation and work authorization when applicable
  • Maintain accurate candidate records and workflow in the applicant tracking system
  • Represent the organization periodically at career fairs and recruiting events

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Minimum of 5+ years of corporate full‑cycle recruiting experience
  • Proven ability to coach hiring managers and influence hiring decisions
  • Strong experience creating job postings and recruiting marketing strategies
  • Demonstrated success negotiating employment offers
  • Commitment to delivering an exceptional candidate experience
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment
  • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems for candidate management and reporting
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
