Job Responsibility:
Oversee the entire recruitment process, from sourcing candidates and conducting interviews to extending offers and onboarding new hires
Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies using platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and employee referrals
Manage high-volume recruiting efforts while ensuring deadlines are met and candidates receive a seamless hiring experience
Collaborate closely with team members to share insights, refine hiring strategies, and address recruitment challenges
Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements throughout the hiring process
Maintain accurate and detailed recruitment metrics to provide regular updates to stakeholders
Build strong relationships with candidates and represent the company professionally to enhance employer branding
Utilize applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools to streamline hiring workflows
Partner with hiring managers to understand position requirements and align recruitment strategies accordingly
Requirements:
A minimum of 3 years of experience in recruiting, with expertise in handling roles across various levels
Proficient in using applicant tracking systems and digital sourcing platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter
Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
Proven ability to thrive in high-volume recruiting environments and meet deadlines
Familiarity with hiring laws and best practices within the recruitment field
Experience with tools such as CRM systems and ERP platforms
Demonstrated success in collaborating within team-oriented settings
Ability to establish trust and build relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders
