We are looking for an experienced Sr. Receptionist to join our team in Los Gatos, California. This is a long-term contract position offering the opportunity to contribute to an engaging and dynamic environment. The role requires exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

Job Responsibility:

  • Welcome and assist visitors, vendors, and internal employees in a detail-oriented and friendly manner
  • Coordinate and oversee vendor activities, including managing their entry and exit at various locations
  • Utilize Slack channels to communicate effectively across multiple departments and locations
  • Handle catering arrangements and scheduling requests to meet organizational needs
  • Travel between nearby campus buildings to support administrative tasks, all within a two-block radius
  • Operate and manage a multi-line phone system, ensuring calls are answered promptly and efficiently
  • Provide administrative support by maintaining schedules and managing office procedures
