• Design, develop, and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for manual testing
• Conduct thorough regression testing and performance testing
• Identify, document, and track defects using appropriate tools
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and provide feedback
• Review and analyze system specifications and requirements
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of testing processes and results
• Mentor team members and promote best practices in testing
• Participate in agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the QA process
• Responsible for the overall success of testing
• Working with the development team to correct bugs and errors

• More than 4 years of experience
• Majorly worked with US Healthcare industry (Preferred)
• Manual Testing
• Black Box Testing
• Ad-hoc Testing
• API Testing
• Regression Testing
• Integration Testing
• Hands-on experience with Jira
• Test Case Management
• Backend & Frontend Testing Experience
• Strong understanding of Boundary Value Analysis, Test Cases vs Test Scenarios, STLC, and Defect Life Cycle
• Proficient in writing complex scenario test cases for various testing types
• Good knowledge of different API response codes and authorization methods (e.g., Basic, Bearer, OAuth)
• Basic skills in SQL, including SELECT queries, GROUP BY, HAVING clauses, and data validation
• Familiarity with Agile frameworks (e.g., Scrum) and Agile ceremonies (e.g., Sprint Planning, Daily Standups)
• Good knowledge of defect tracking and management using Jira
