Sr Proposal Manager

• Oversee the preparation and writing of Request for Proposal (RFP) responses, ensuring content is clear, persuasive, and tailored to client needs
• Develop and maintain pitch books, proposals, and other marketing materials that align with the company's brand and messaging
• Design precise and visually impactful PowerPoint presentations for client meetings and internal communications
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and business development teams to gather insights and craft materials that address client requirements
• Continuously refine and optimize templates for proposals and pitch books to meet evolving client expectations
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring all deadlines are met with accuracy and quality
• Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure the delivery of cohesive and impactful client-facing materials.

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in proposal writing, pitch book development, or creating PowerPoint presentations
• Proven ability to write, edit, and proofread persuasive content that simplifies complex ideas
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint and Word
• Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite or other design tools
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
• Effective communication and collaboration skills to work across teams.
