Job Description

The Senior Project Manager will oversee a global finance program focused on e-invoicing compliance, managing multiple ERP platforms and ensuring regulatory adherence. The role requires strong leadership skills, experience in finance transformation, and the ability to collaborate with various stakeholders. Candidates should have a proven track record in managing large-scale programs and driving change management initiatives. The role drives delivery across multiple ERP platforms, ensures regulatory adherence, enables scalable operating models, and partners across Finance, Tax, Legal, IT, and external vendors to deliver sustainable business outcomes.

Job Responsibility

  • Lead the end‑to‑end e‑invoicing program, ensuring delivery against regulatory timelines and enterprise priorities
  • Establish and operate program governance, decision frameworks, and escalation paths
  • Partner with Tax, Legal, Finance (AP/AR), Shared Services, and IT to translate regulatory requirements into executable roadmaps
  • Manage multi‑ERP and integration delivery, including government platforms and e‑invoicing aggregators
  • Own program risk management, including regulatory, operational, data, and readiness risks
  • Drive change management, business readiness, and adoption across regions
  • Ensure operational readiness, support models, and smooth transition from build to run

Requirements

  • Proven experience leading large‑scale, global regulatory or finance transformation programs
  • Strong background working with Finance, Tax, and IT stakeholders
  • Experience delivering programs with external vendors and service providers
  • Strong understanding of global e‑invoicing and CTC regulatory models
  • Experience managing programs across multiple ERP platforms (e.g., SAP, JDE, regional ERPs)
  • Integration and data‑flow understanding across AP, AR, tax reporting, and government portals
  • Vendor and aggregator management, including scope, delivery, and performance oversight
  • Financial and benefits tracking for compliance‑driven programs
  • Demonstrates accountability and ownership for outcomes
  • Leads through influence in a highly matrixed environment
  • Balances regulatory compliance with operational efficiency
  • Communicates clearly and decisively with senior stakeholders
