Job Description

This role is responsible for managing a high volume of concurrent offer-related initiatives within two categories: 1) service offers (rate plans and add on features), and 2) promotions (device and service) for T-Mobile’s prepaid business Metro by T-Mobile.

Job Responsibility

  • Act as the subject matter expert for the GTM offer process
  • Leads quality implementation of VPM and Ship To offer launches
  • Accountable for creating and maintaining strong partnerships with key stakeholders
  • Proactively identifies, recommends and drives improvements of standard processes and procedures
  • Prepare Offers for solution into VPM disbursement
  • Review/Audit for PII and business process compliance for VPM offers
  • Reporting & Monitoring redemptions offers
  • Invoice Reconciliation with bank invoices and purchase order
  • Analysis of offer performance and overall operation and process
  • Offer Feasibility Review Ship To requirements
  • Offer Requirements Creates and submits Offers Requirements Document (ORD)
  • Customer Experience Ensure customer experience is optimal
  • Testing Oversee testing in various testing environments
  • Audit Maintain and audits the list of offers across all Ship To channels

Requirements

  • 4-7 yrs Offers Delivery, Product Owner or GTM work experience
  • Must be proficient in using MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), SharePoint and similar productivity tools
  • Working understanding of and ability to utilize PM principles and practices
  • Great written and verbal communication skills, utilized with all levels of peer and management
  • Ability to identify impacting issues and work with more senior members of the Offers Delivery
  • Bachelors Degree plus 5 years of related work experience OR Advanced degree with 3 years of related experience
  • At least 18 years of age
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States
