This role serves as the single strategic owner of brand and campaign strategy briefs for T-Mobile for Business, ensuring clarity, consistency, and accuracy across brand and segment initiatives. The position partners with brand, segment, and integrated marketing teams to develop comprehensive quarterly and campaign briefs for studios and agencies. It plays a critical role in preventing execution errors that could impact significant brand media investment and campaign effectiveness. Success is measured by on-time, high-quality briefs, reduced execution rework, and improved campaign performance. This role exists to strengthen strategic rigor and operational excellence across TFB campaigns.
Job Responsibility:
Be responsible for the development and quality of all campaign and quarterly strategy briefs, ensuring alignment to T-Mobile for Business brand and segment priorities
Partner with segment, and integrated marketing teams to translate objectives into clear, actionable briefs for studios and agencies
Lead campaign planning rhythms, including quarterly planning, prioritization, and readiness reviews
Identify, prevent, and resolve strategy and execution gaps that could negatively impact brand media investment and campaign performance
Track campaign performance and post-campaign takeaways, incorporating insights into future briefs to drive continuous improvement
Also responsible for other duties/projects as assigned by business management as needed
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree and 7 years of related work experience OR a combination of education and experience deemed equivalent
4-7 years - Experience leading or supporting integrated marketing or campaign initiatives, preferably with large-scale brand investment
4-7 years - Project management experience handling multiple initiatives simultaneously
4-7 years - Experience partnering with creative teams, agencies, or vendors
Strong ability to manage timelines, dependencies, and cross-functional inputs
Experience translating business objectives into clear campaign strategies and briefs
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, particularly in briefing and stakeholder alignment
Ability to interpret performance data and apply findings to future planning
Demonstrate ability to work effectively across brand, segment, creative, and agency partners
