Job Description:

Percivon is seeking a skilled Industrial Automation Engineer with expertise in Siemens Batch for our ongoing projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing ,implementing, and optimizing batch processing application systems to enhance operational efficiency and compliance in manufacturing environments.

Job Responsibility:

  • Develop and implement batch processing solutions using Siemens Batch to meet project specifications and industry standards
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and ensure alignment with manufacturing processes
  • Configure and program Siemens Batch systems, including integration with PLCs, SCADA, and MES systems
  • Conduct thorough testing and validation of batch processes to ensure reliability and performance
  • Diagnose and resolve issues related to batch processing systems to minimize downtime
  • Provide ongoing technical support and maintenance for existing batch systems
  • Maintain detailed documentation of system designs, configurations, and modifications
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal quality standards
  • Conduct training sessions for operational staff on Siemens Batch systems and processes
  • Assist in the creation of user manuals and training materials

Requirements:

  • Minimum 4 to 12 years experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation Technology, or a related field
  • Proven experience with Siemens Batch systems in an industrial automation context
  • Strong knowledge of batch processing methodologies and standards
  • Proficiency in relevant programming languages and tools (e.g., TIA Portal, STEP 7)

Nice to have:

  • Familiarity with additional Siemens automation products and technologies
  • Experience in industries such as pharmaceuticals, chemicals, or food and beverage is a plus
  • Relevant certifications in Siemens Batch or industrial automation technologies
