Sr Production Manager

• Lead the end-to-end production operations, ensuring alignment with company strategy and business goals
• Oversee the execution of production plans, maintaining strict compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory standards
• Drive a culture of continuous improvement using Lean, Six Sigma, and other operational excellence methodologies
• Develop and implement strategic initiatives that improve productivity, reduce costs, and enhance operational efficiency
• Act as a strategic partner across departments including Supply Chain, Engineering, Quality, and Finance to align production goals with business needs
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and lead data-driven decisions to optimize throughput, yield, and labor efficiency
• Ensure proactive equipment and facility maintenance strategies are in place to minimize downtime and maximize asset performance
• Mentor and develop production leadership teams, fostering a high-performance culture and talent succession pipeline
• Lead capacity planning and scalability strategies to support business growth, new product introductions, and market demand
• Manage operational risk, implement contingency plans, and ensure business continuity within the production area
• Promote and enforce Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), Environmental, Health, and Safety standards (EHS), and ISO compliance

• Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
• Minimum of 8–10 years of progressive leadership experience in manufacturing or production management
• Proven expertise in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and other process improvement methodologies
• Strong background in cost reduction, project management, and operational optimization
• Deep understanding of MRP/ERP systems and data analytics for manufacturing performance
• Demonstrated success in managing cross-functional teams and large-scale operations
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office and production software tools
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
