Job Description:

As a Sr. Product Strategy Consultant you will be responsible for managing multiple products and services in Telematics and Vehicle Connectivity arena, from entire lifecycle including the strategic planning and initiation of new product & service development, implementation, operation and on-going enhancements of related products and services. This role encompasses a wide range of responsibilities including business requirements definitions and use cases design, partnership development and management, project governance, financial tracking and analysis, partner contracting and management, application of standard product management processes and artifacts, performance and risk management, process and methodology development and improvement.

Job Responsibility:

  • Lead Product & Service Lifecycle Management: Oversee all phases from requirement definition to impact assessment, configuration, and change management across vehicle telematics and mobility services
  • Portfolio & Categorization Oversight: Manage product/service categorization, nomenclature, documentation (manuals, marketing materials, tech specs), and ensure consistency across the portfolio
  • Cross-Functional Leadership & SME Role: Act as the single point of contact and subject matter expert for product/service inquiries, supporting client business units and managing operations including audits, billing, and contract compliance
  • Strategic Market Research & Innovation: Conduct market analysis to uncover insights and propose new product/service initiatives aligned with business goals
  • Develop Product Strategy & Partnerships: Drive productization strategy, roadmap planning, and build value chain partnerships to enhance offerings and market reach

Requirements:

  • Holds a B.A./B.S. degree (MBA preferred) with 8+ years in telematics, IT, telecom, or automotive industries
  • 7+ years leading strategy or tech projects—ideally with Big4 consulting experience
  • Skilled in full lifecycle and software development processes
  • Skilled in managing portfolios, contracts, SOWs, and change orders for both clients and vendors
  • Proven ability to lead under pressure, influence stakeholders, deliver client presentations, and drive initiatives with minimal oversight—especially in fast-paced, complex environments
