Job Description

Apex Systems is currently hiring for a Sr. Product Owner with a global automotive company. This role supports a digital product organization responsible for delivering and enhancing large-scale customer-facing financial platforms, including web applications, mobile solutions, and internal service tools. The position drives product strategy, roadmap execution, and operational excellence across high-visibility digital products used by millions of customers.

Job Responsibility

  • Lead the Product Management team and drive delivery across multiple digital products
  • Partner with CX, business stakeholders, engineering, and QA teams to define, prioritize, and deliver user stories
  • Own end-to-end product lifecycle including design, development, testing, launch, and post-production support
  • Maintain high standards for product quality, uptime, operational continuity, and incident/bug triage
  • Engage with leadership to present strategic initiatives, influence decisions, and secure approvals
  • Oversee platform operations including licensing, cost management, and ongoing optimization
  • Enhancing customer-facing financial web platforms with expanded self-service capabilities
  • Supporting the launch and growth of a mobile application for customer payments
  • Improving internal agent service tools and knowledge platforms for customer support teams
  • Managing customer communication platforms across email, SMS, web notifications, and marketing cloud technologies

Requirements

  • 5–8+ years of experience in product management, product development, or product operations supporting customer-facing digital platforms
  • 5–7+ years of experience leading cross-functional Agile teams across business, IT, and engineering organizations
  • 2+ years of experience developing product roadmaps, business planning, and vendor/tool selection (RFI/RFP processes)
  • Experience delivering customer-facing digital products with knowledge of QA/testing processes and full product lifecycle management
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce platform strategy, administration, or ecosystem management
  • certifications preferred or ability to obtain within 1 year
  • Experience supporting payment processing systems, financial services platforms, or similar transaction-heavy environments
  • Strong communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence executive leadership and navigate ambiguity
