As a Senior Product Marketing Manager on the T-Mobile Broadband Product & Portfolio Marketing team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future growth strategy of T-Mobile Internet across two of our most important and fastest-growing segments: Small Business and Prepaid. This is a highly strategic role at the intersection of product innovation, portfolio strategy, consumer insights, and go-to-market leadership. You will lead the development of differentiated broadband products and portfolio strategies designed to unlock new growth opportunities, deepen customer engagement, and strengthen T-Mobile’s competitive position in the market. You will be responsible for identifying emerging customer needs, market whitespace opportunities, and evolving industry trends to inform the future direction of T-Mobile’s broadband portfolio. By leveraging deep consumer understanding, data-driven insights, and strategic thinking, you will define compelling product concepts, differentiated value propositions, and long-term roadmap strategies tailored to the unique needs of Small Business and Prepaid customers. This role requires both visionary thinking and operational excellence. You will guide products from ideation through commercialization — partnering cross-functionally across Product, Consumer Insights, Analytics, Pricing, Competitive Intelligence, Integrated Marketing, Sales, and Acquisition teams to bring innovative solutions to market and drive measurable business impact. The ideal candidate is a strategic marketer and business thinker with strong analytical capabilities, exceptional storytelling skills, and a passion for uncovering unmet customer needs. You thrive in ambiguity, influence across complex organizations, and are energized by building future-forward portfolio strategies that challenge industry norms. This is a hybrid role requiring a minimum of 3 days per week in the office.
