Job Description:

As a Sr. Product Marketing Manager for Microsoft Foundry Control Plane, you will lead the narrative and go-to-market strategy for the foundational platform that empowers organizations to deploy AI securely, confidently, and at scale. This role sits at the intersection of AI and Security, two of the most promising areas in technology today. You’ll help customers understand and adopt Foundry Control Plane and shape the story of how they deploy AI securely and confidently across data, models, and agents. You will champion the integration of security capabilities, including agent security, identity and access management, threat protection, governance, and lifecycle operations. Your leadership will help customers bridge the trust gap and ensure that Microsoft’s agentic AI solutions are secure, compliant, and future-ready for developers and enterprises.

Job Responsibility:

  • Develop and refine positioning and messaging for security, compliance, identity, and lifecycle management in Foundry Control Plane
  • Work with Foundry, Security, Copilot marketing and engineering teams to deliver unified messaging for security and governance
  • Partner with product, engineering, and design teams to shape the roadmap and ensure timely, market-ready launches for security and compliance features in Foundry Control Plane
  • Build and execute launch plans, including presentations, demos, and customer-facing materials
  • Provide sales and field teams with competitive insights, content and clear messaging on how Microsoft Security, EntraID, Defender, and Purview protect agent fleets across platforms
  • Lead marketing partnership with analyst relations. Communicate Microsoft’s leadership in agent security, access, and identity to analysts and gather insights to inform product and marketing strategies
  • Establish and grow partnerships with third-party security vendors, and developer communities to strengthen the security value proposition
  • Track and analyze adoption metrics, customer feedback, and campaign performance to drive continuous improvement

Requirements:

  • Master's Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 3+ years experience in business OR Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 5+ years experience in business OR equivalent experience
  • 7+ years experience in product marketing for enterprise platforms, cloud infrastructure, or AI systems
  • Strong understanding of enterprise concerns including governance, security, and operational scale
  • Proven ability to craft executive ready narratives and influence senior stakeholders
  • Experience working cross-functionally with engineering and product leadership
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex security and AI concepts for technical and business audiences
  • Skilled at navigating complex technical information and crowded product spaces to create clear positioning that communicates value and reaches the right customers
  • Passion for enabling safe, scalable AI adoption of AI
