Prolia Senior Product & Partnership Strategy Manager plays a critical role in shaping and sustaining Prolia’s market position by defining strategic direction and ensuring strong execution across the product lifecycle. This role owns brand strategy and performance, drives strategic decision-making, and leads cross-functional collaboration and partnerships to deliver business impact and long-term growth.
Job Responsibility:
Develop and Drive Strategic Plans: Lead the development and execution of the country brand plan and long-term strategic plans, ensuring clear strategic direction and alignment with corporate and therapeutic area objectives
Partnership Management: Lead partner strategy and execution by setting clear priorities, driving performance management, and identifying strategic opportunities to maximize value and synergy across Amgen’s Bone Portfolio in partner activities
In-depth Market and Competitive Analysis: Oversee market analysis to identify insights, opportunities, and emerging trends, and translate findings into actionable recommendations for brand positioning and messaging
Cross-Functional Leadership: Lead and align cross-functional teams with medical, regulatory, market access, sales, and global/region teams to develop and achieve seamless execution of strategies
Innovative Marketing Campaigns: Lead the development of marketing strategies and oversee the creation of effective marketing materials and campaigns, including digital, promotional, and messaging platforms for bone portfolios
KOL and Stakeholder Engagement: Establish and maintain strong relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs), medical societies, and strategic stakeholders
Portfolio Lifecycle Leadership: Own lifecycle strategy and drive key decisions to optimize product positioning and sustain long-term growth
Budget and Resource Oversight: Own resource planning and budget management to maximize marketing efficiency while ensuring strategic investments yield significant returns
Global and Regional Alignment: Drive alignment with regional and global teams, facilitating the seamless integration of corporate goals with localized strategies
Ensure Compliance: Strictly enforce compliance with local regulations, Amgen SOPs, and adherence to organizational standards
Requirements:
Minimum of 8 years of total experience, including at least 3-5 years of marketing experience in the pharmaceutical industry
Strong understanding of pharmaceutical market dynamics and product lifecycle management
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster collaboration with internal teams and external stakeholders
Proven leadership and exceptional project management skills to drive complex initiatives
Proficient in English (written and verbal) to ensure effective communication with global teams
Advanced financial and analytical acumen for efficient budget management and performance tracking
Strategic and decisive mindset, capable of conducting effective scenario planning and making optimal decisions under uncertainty
Results-driven with an agile mindset and strong time management skills
Biology/pharmacy related degree or experience from similar positions preferred
