Job Description:

Lead product strategy and development for a dynamic payments team in Japan – a challenging and rewarding opportunity awaits! Job Responsibility:

Lead product strategy and development for a dynamic payments team in Japan
Develop and execute product strategy aligning with overall business objectives
Define and manage the product roadmap, prioritizing features based on data-driven insights
Collaborate with engineering and design teams to deliver high-quality products
Conduct market research and analyze customer feedback to identify opportunities for innovation
Communicate effectively with stakeholders across the organization
Manage product performance and identify areas for improvement

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent
7+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience
Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
Experience with end to end product delivery
Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
Experience as a product manager or owner
Experience owning technology products
Strong communication skills and clear customer focus
Business level English and Japanese language ability (speaking, reading, writing)

Nice to have:

Experience in influencing senior leadership through data driven insights
Experience working across functional teams and senior stakeholders
