Job Responsibility:

Lead product strategy and execution for a high-impact team at a dynamic FinTech company
Build innovative products and mentor a team of skilled professionals
Define and prioritize product challenges and opportunities
Develop and execute product roadmaps
Collaborate with engineering and design to deliver high-quality products
Write technical PRDs and manage high-level technical architecture and UI/UX decisions
Develop a deep understanding of customer experience and identify product gaps
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand user needs and formulate requirements

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in a technology-related field or 3+ years of equivalent technical experience
4+ years of experience in product management or a similar role
Business-level English (written and verbal)
Proven ability to lead and mentor teams
Experience defining and executing product roadmaps
Strong communication and collaboration skills
