We're seeking a strategic and innovative AI Product Manager to drive the development and implementation of Agentic AI solutions for T-Mobile enterprise. This position will identify business opportunities, develop product strategies, and will be the bridge between technical innovation and business value, developing comprehensive product strategies that align with T-Mobile's customer-obsessed culture. You'll orchestrate collaboration between technical teams (AI/ML engineers, data scientists) and business stakeholders (operations, logistics, finance) to deliver scalable AI solutions. You will own the implementation roadmap for specific AI products , managing dependencies, risks, and technical debt while ensuring alignment with broader organizational goals. This includes establishing robust monitoring systems, defining success metrics, and creating scalable processes for continuous improvement and feature deployment.
Job Responsibility:
Lead the product strategy and roadmap for AI/ML initiatives for the Enterprise AI team
Orchestrate collaboration between data scientists, engineers, operations teams, and business stakeholders
Define and prioritize product requirements based on customer needs and business impact
Develop business cases and ROI analysis for new AI initiatives
Drive technical requirement gathering and documentation
Lead sprint planning and backlog prioritization sessions
Monitor key performance metrics and adjust strategies based on data-driven insights
Identify and resolve cross-team dependencies and conflicts
Drive go-to-market strategies for new AI-powered features and capabilities
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree Computer Science, Engineering, IT or equivalent experience
6+ years experience in hands on technical writing production code, solution engineering, or technical architecture in large scale company/ application / product environment
7+ years of relevant Product Management experience in an agile software product development environment
Advanced level understanding of customer experience
Proven success in directing matrixed resources and delivering software, with Agile Scrum methodologies and other commonly used tools, across multiple teams
Strong requirements elicitation, and proven writing skills including the ability to write concisely and clearly for different audiences
Experience with Agile backlog/project management tools
Experience with successive elaboration and ability to develop Initiatives, Features and User Stories that the DevOps teams can ingest
Experience in delivering large and complex business/technology initiatives as Product Manager or lead technology role
Proven ability to effectively and efficiently communicate with Leadership, while employing a high degree of collaboration and influence
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to present complex technical information in a clear and concise manner to a variety of audiences including executives and non-technical leaders
Deep understanding of platform technologies and components such as security, performance, optimization, API integration
Advanced knowledge of full technology stack on which your assigned product runs
Strong analytical skills with demonstrated ability to identify/analyze/synthesize product use data and use the data to drive decisions
Fluent with SQL, Tableau, other analytical solutions like SAS, SPSS
Knowledge and experience with integration patterns, API’s, and protocols such as REST, EDI, SOAP, etc
Extensive knowledge of DevOps (CI / CT / CD) and application of CI/CT/CD in Agile environment
