This is where creativity meets strategy. As a member of the Baxter Marketing team, you will work on designing, developing and implementing marketing programs and pricing strategies. You’ll leverage your expertise to present our life-sustaining and live-saving products and services to the relevant market sector. Working in collaboration with the sales and technical teams, there will be opportunity for learning, development and future career growth across a variety of fields within Baxter.

Job Responsibility

  • Responsible for developing and managing the marketing program for the successful introduction and commercialization of the Front Line Care & Care and Connectivity Solutions product line in Taiwan
  • Developing and implementing strategic and tactical plans for the assigned product line
  • Day-to-day management of the assigned product, including programs, promotional materials, tracking and managing competitive activity
  • Develop marketing strategy and execution plans to promote assigned product/branding and support premium pricing strategy
  • Work closely with sales team and other cross function members to ensure execution of marketing plans, compliance with company policy and external regulations
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely support and efficient marketing operation
  • Facilitate new product availability analysis, pre-launch and after launch operation
  • Track market profile: customer information, market news/information, health care policy, competitors, etc
  • Build professional relationships and partnerships with key customers, healthcare professionals, associations and government healthcare officials through marketing programs
  • Facilitate effective marketing communication between local market and regional GBU
