Job Responsibility
Responsible for developing and managing the marketing program for the successful introduction and commercialization of the Front Line Care & Care and Connectivity Solutions product line in Taiwan
Developing and implementing strategic and tactical plans for the assigned product line
Day-to-day management of the assigned product, including programs, promotional materials, tracking and managing competitive activity etc
Develop marketing strategy and execution plans to promote assigned product/branding and support premium pricing strategy
Work closely with sales team and other cross function members to ensure the execution of marketing plans, while it’s in compliance with company policy and external regulations
Coordinate with other departments to ensure the timely support obtaining and efficient marketing operation
Facilitate new product availability analysis, pre-launch and after launch operation
Track market profile: customer information, market news/information, health care policy, competitors, etc
Build professional relationships and partnerships with key customers, healthcare professionals, associations and government healthcare officials through marketing programs
Facilitate effective marketing communication between local market and regional GBU
Requirements
Minimum 5 years marketing/sales working experience in medical devices / healthcare industry with 3+ years hands-on experience in marketing
Proven track record for consistency in performance within sales or marketing function
Strategic thinking, innovative and strong analytical skills to drive marketing plans
Leadership skills to drive marketing plan executional excellence
Solid skills in KOL management and customer advocacy development
Able to work with cross functional team to drive results
Good interpersonal & presentation skills
Fluent in both English and Mandarin
Bachelor's degree in Healthcare or equivalent, Master degree preferred
