Job Description:

As a Sr./Product Manager at NextRoll, you will help build and scale our Connected TV (CTV) advertising solutions to empower both B2C and B2B marketers. You’ll join our Product team reporting to the Manager of Product Management. As an individual contributor, you’ll play a key role in expanding AdRoll’s cross-channel advertising capabilities by delivering CTV features that enhance targeting, reach, optimization, and measurement across all marketer segments. You’ll collaborate closely with Engineering, Design, Data Science, and Go-to-Market teams to understand customer needs, validate product opportunities, and launch features that help brands connect with buyers across streaming environments. This role is ideal for a product manager with strong execution skills who wants to deepen expertise in programmatic video, CTV, and AI-driven advertising.

Job Responsibility:

  • Build the CTV product vision and roadmap that serves all marketer types: direct-to-consumer brands, e-commerce, emerging businesses, and B2B teams running account-based advertising
  • Conduct user research across B2C and B2B segments to understand unique targeting, creative, and measurement needs for CTV
  • Define user stories, acceptance criteria, and requirements that balance customer value, feasibility, and long-term scalability
  • Deliver small and medium features that improve CTV targeting, inventory access, creative workflows, AI-driven optimization, and cross-channel reporting
  • Partner with Data Science to incorporate predictive models and optimization insights that improve return on ad spend
  • Analyze performance to identify opportunities to enhance efficiency, incrementality, audience reach, and pipeline impact for varying customer goals
  • Enable seamless activation of CTV campaigns within the broader AdRoll platform, ensuring strong integration with retargeting, display, social, and ABM workflows
  • Help ensure GTM teams, AM, CSM, Sales are trained and equipped to onboard customers to new CTV features successfully

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of related experience in product management and CTV or programmatic video advertising, including inventory, targeting, and reporting nuances
  • Experience capturing and synthesizing input from customers, stakeholders, and leadership into a clear, prioritized product roadmap, and communicating decisions and tradeoffs effectively
  • Strong cross-functional execution skills—comfortable partnering with Engineering, Design, QA, and GTM teams
  • Experience defining success metrics, analyzing performance, and applying data insights to product decisions
  • Technical aptitude to understand CTV delivery mechanics, third-party integrations, and video ad infrastructure
  • Previous involvement in AI-powered advertising or predictive optimization workflows
