This role sits within T-Mobile’s Collaboration & Productivity (CaP) portfolio and is responsible for evolving and optimizing the enterprise-wide collaboration ecosystem. We're talking a portfolio of ~100 products — Microsoft M365, Webex, Slack, Lucid, Airtable, and more - the digital backbone of how our Un-carrier employees collaborate, create, and deliver. This isn't a 'keep the lights on' role. You'll shape how AI transforms the way we work — enabling advanced product features, identifying smarter workflows, and driving the kind of productivity innovations that make a real difference at scale. You'll go toe-to-toe with vendors, advocating for T-Mobile's needs and influencing their roadmaps. You'll embed agility into everything the team does — owning the backlog in JIRA, running Scrum, and moving fast without breaking things. We're building an AI-driven, world-class engineering org at T-Mobile. Come lead the tools that make it possible.
