Job Responsibility:
Work closely with the product and engineering teams to define key metrics and answer important questions
Conduct analysis and opportunity sizing to find opportunities for improvement and turn the hypothesis into actionable and well-designed experiments(A/B Testing)
Identify KPIs and develop dashboards to monitor the metrics and show where we are now, whether we have achieved our goals, and why
Communicate results, influence stakeholders, and be the trusted thought partner for the product, engineering, and leadership team
Ideate, execute and measure initiatives
Requirements:
Strong interpersonal skills and can work cross-functionally in team environments
4+ years of experience in product analytics/data science
Expert with SQL and have experience with Python or R
Ability to think creatively and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, often ambiguous work environment
Experience designing, interpreting, and iterating on A/B tests. Practical knowledge of experimentation methodologies and frameworks
Nice to have:
Experience with Periscope, Tableau, Databricks, Amplitude, and/or Optimizely is a plus
