Job Responsibility

  • Work closely with the product and engineering teams to define key metrics and answer important questions
  • Conduct analysis and opportunity sizing to find opportunities for improvement and turn the hypothesis into actionable and well-designed experiments(A/B Testing)
  • Identify KPIs and develop dashboards to monitor the metrics and show where we are now, whether we have achieved our goals, and why
  • Communicate results, influence stakeholders, and be the trusted thought partner for the product, engineering, and leadership team
  • Ideate, execute and measure initiatives

Requirements

  • Strong interpersonal skills and can work cross-functionally in team environments
  • 4+ years of experience in product analytics/data science
  • Expert with SQL and have experience with Python or R
  • Ability to think creatively and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, often ambiguous work environment
  • Experience designing, interpreting, and iterating on A/B tests. Practical knowledge of experimentation methodologies and frameworks

Nice to have

  • Experience with Periscope, Tableau, Databricks, Amplitude, and/or Optimizely is a plus
  • Experience creating offline ML models is a plus
