We are seeking a highly skilled Sr. Workday Analyst to support our client's HRIS team for a 3-month contract engagement. The ideal candidate will be a subject matter expert in Workday Benefits and HCM, responsible for system configuration, troubleshooting, and supporting global Open Enrollment cycles.
Job Responsibility:
Configure and maintain Workday benefits modules, including benefit groups, plans, eligibility rules, passive events, and business processes
Perform root-cause analysis and troubleshooting for complex benefits-related system issues
Lead and support Open Enrollment activities for both union and non-union populations globally
Build complex Calculated Fields, develop advanced reports using Workday Report Writer, and utilize EIBs (Enterprise Interface Builder) for data loads
Plan and execute unit testing
ensure all system changes adhere to organizational change management protocols and regulatory frameworks (COBRA, ACA, ERISA)
Translate business needs into functional specifications and communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
Requirements:
Expert-level knowledge of Workday Benefits and HCM configuration
Proficiency in EIBs, Report Writer, and Calculated Fields
Strong understanding of COBRA, ACA, and ERISA
Exceptional presentation and cross-functional collaboration skills
