Job Responsibility:

  • Analyze process and product performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Monitor KPIs and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented processes
  • Identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies
  • propose and implement optimizations
  • Drive innovation, automation, and ongoing process enhancements

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in either of Computer Engineering, Operations Management, Information Systems, or related field
  • 3–5 years of experience in process analysis, business process improvement, or continuous improvement roles
  • Proven ability to map, document, and optimize complex cross-functional processes
  • Strong experience with process tools such as Visio, Service Now, Ms-Office, Teams
  • Hands-on experience executing ITIL Process methodologies
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and recommend solutions
  • Excellent communication skills—able to translate technical process details into clear, actionable insights for leaders and stakeholders
  • Advanced skills in Excel, data analysis, and familiarity with Power BI/Co-Pilot or similar tools
  • Must be willing to work in rotational shifts and weekend shifts as and when required
