Job Description

This role drives company growth and brand awareness through strategic development and implementation in commercial marketing. It leads the creation of strategies and business cases for product innovations and optimizations considering market dynamics and consumer behavior. The role collaborates with internal and external teams to define and execute strategic marketing visions and initiatives. Success is measured by the effectiveness of strategies in capturing market opportunities and influencing senior leadership decisions. The work impacts organizational growth and customer engagement by identifying new solutions and managing strategic projects in a supported environment.

Job Responsibility

  • Creates executive-level presentations that translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for leadership
  • Lead the development of business cases for new pricing initiatives or existing product refreshes
  • Develop and maintain a centralized repository of competitive intelligence
  • Measure results and communicate progress and insights to leaders
  • Conduct competitive analysis and monitor market trends to inform pricing decisions and maintain competitive advantage
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to align pricing strategies with product and market positioning
  • Manage multiple priorities and adapt strategies in a fast-paced, changing environment to maintain business performance
  • Synthesize win/loss data, seller feedback, CLOZD insights, and market trends to inform pricing direction
  • Also responsible for other duties/projects as assigned by business management as needed

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree plus 7 years of related work experience OR Advanced degree with 5 years of related experience
  • 7-10 years in pricing, revenue management, or a related role, with a proven track record of implementing successful pricing strategies
  • Strong analytical and financial modeling skills
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Proficiency in pricing software/tools and data analysis tools
  • At least 18 years of age
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States
